On 10 February 2009, Nobody’s Children Foundation and NASK, entities implementing the European Union’s Saferinternet.pl project, organized the Safer Internet Day (SID) in Poland. To highlight the occasion, a press conference devoted to the safety of the youngest Web users was held at the Warsaw University Library, a campaign related to the problem of cyber violence has been launched in the media, and local initiatives has been undertaken nationwide to enhance the safety of children online. |
