NASK has commissioned another broadband wireless Internet access base station. The new station is located in Radom. With the station coverage radius of about 30 km the service can be provided to companies with offices in Radom and neighbouring towns.
The NASK wireless access network is based on point- to-multipoint links and licensed radio bands of 3.6-3.8 GHz and 28 GHz. The network is used to provide services to companies and institutions in Warsaw and Katowice metropolitan areas and in Tricity, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, Olsztyn and neighbouring areas, as well as in Kielce, Końskie, Grzybów near Staszów, Jędrzejów and Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
NASK provides wireless access services also in Pruszków, Wołomin and Legionowo, and more Polish cities and towns are planned to be connected to the wireless NASK network in the coming months.
The development of the modern infrastructure enables provision of qualified transmission services to business customers. These services, including broadband Internet access, fixed telephony service, corporate networks and digital links, are provided according to the highest standards guaranteed in SLAs. |
