Flash Eurobarometer, a survey conducted by the Polish office of Gallup by order of the European Commission, is performed by means of IP telephony, the provider of which is NASK.
 In 2006 the European Commission chose a consortium led by The Gallup Organization to provide opinion polls for Flash Eurobarometer for four years. Flash Eurobarometer is the main EC’s tool designed for rapid collection and analysis of data pertaining to the opinions of the EU citizens, while simultaneously being one of the largest telephone-based opinion poll projects worldwide.
At the beginning of 2007 NASK was chosen to provide telephone services for Flash surveys in Poland and for all other telephone surveys carried out by the Polish operation of The Gallup Organization. According to Marek Dzido, the Head of Implementation and CATI Department in the Polish Gallup’s office, it is by far the best IP telephony solution that has ever been tested by the Polish office.
