Deputy Director of NASK, Director for Administrative Processes
Magdalena Tarczewska-Szymańska, as Deputy Director of NASK–PIB for Administrative Processes, is responsible for the implementation of large investment projects (Krajowe Centrum Przetwarzania Danych, Centrum Cyberbezpieczeństwa NASK) and grant-funded projects (Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd, Rząd i Wodociągi), and oversees the Certification Unit in the area of Cybersecurity. In addition, the Director for Administrative Processes supervises the preparation and implementation of the Project Management Policy and the Process Management Policy, as well as the organization of the work of the Project Portfolio Council. Director Magdalena Tarczewska-Szymańska also oversees the preparation, implementation, and optimization of procurement processes at NASK, as well as ensuring administrative support.
